The Signature
process
We invested in laser technology to push our designs further—cutting logos and concepts with precision from premium Baltic birch plywood before slowing the process back down by hand. Each piece is laser cut, hand painted, and carefully assembled onto headwear, with rhinestones set individually to add depth, texture, and light. The process balances modern tools with old-school craftsmanship, where technology sharpens the design and patience brings it to life. This is signature headwear, built with intention.
The Methodology
The Alchemy
Laser & Grain
We start with premium Baltic birch plywood, chosen for its durability and fine grain.
Hand Finish $ Stones
Each piece is hand-painted, allowing us to control the texture and depth. We hand-set high-quality rhinestones for contrast against the wood.
Hardware
In the final stage, the finished piece is carefully assembled onto the headwear using a screw. Each placement is intentional, ensuring balance, durability, and presence.
